Design and deliver practical, engaging courses that meet the real needs of global learners. Our easy-to-use tools allow you to upload materials, create interactive lessons, and track student progress. You set the price, you decide the format, and you earn income doing what you love.
Whether it’s a short travel-English program, a deep dive into business Japanese, or a series of cultural workshops, Lingomon gives you the platform to share your expertise and generate revenue from your unique knowledge.

Lingomon empowers you to teach on your own terms. Offer private one-on-one lessons for focused learning, group classes for collaborative interaction, or workshops for intensive skill-building — all with full control over your schedule and teaching style. You decide when and how often you teach, which types of classes you offer, and how you interact with your students.
This flexibility allows you to balance teaching with other commitments while still building a rewarding career online.

💼 Instructor Payment & Policy Details

At Lingomon, we value your skills and are committed to fair and transparent compensation.
Here’s how instructors are paid and the opportunities available:

💸 Lesson Income
Instructors are paid a fixed hourly rate per online lesson.
Rates depend on the lesson type and group size:
Individual & Small Groups (1–5 students): ¥2,500 / hour
Medium Groups (6–12 students): ¥3,500 / hour
Large Groups (13–20 students): ¥5,000 / hour

🧑‍🏫 Original Workshops
Instructors may propose and lead their own workshops.
If approved by Lingomon, pricing is set together with our management team.
Revenue is shared: 70% to the instructor, 30% administration fee.
The higher admin fee covers live group class tools (Google, Zoom, etc.).

🎓 Course Sales (Self-Paced)
・Instructors can also create and sell self-paced online courses on our platform.
・You set your own pricing.
・Revenue share: 80% to the instructor, 20% administration fee.
・Lingomon provides: marketing, student support, platform operations, and payment processing.
・Course Creation Options: You can record your own video lessons, or use AI avatar video tools provided by Lingomon to create professional-looking content without extra costs.
・We can also offer support with proofreading and Japanese translation for an additional mutually agreed on fee.

🎥 Content Contributions
・Instructors are encouraged to contribute to videos, blogs, and creative projects.
・Payment: decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the project.

💳 Payment Methods

We currently offer the following payout options:

Domestic (Japan-based instructors): Japanese bank transfer (JPY).
Overseas (outside Japan): Wise (USD / EUR / JPY).
Crypto: Binance (USDT) Available upon request. This option is intended for instructors who prefer global digital payments. Please note that local tax reporting remains the responsibility of the instructor.

⚖️ Note: Instructors residing in Japan may also choose Wise (USD/EUR/JPY) or crypto if preferred.

📋 Instructor Requirements & Qualifications

At Lingomon, we welcome enthusiastic and passionate individuals who want to share their language and culture with learners.
Below are the current requirements and preferred qualifications for instructors.

🌱 Experience
Beginners are welcome, however some teaching experience is a big plus.
Good knowledge of grammar in the language you are teaching is a must.
If you have a workshop or course proposal, please mention it in your application.

💬 Language Proficiency
Instructors should demonstrate clear communication skills and fluency in the language they are teaching.
Ability to explain grammar and expressions in simple, learner-friendly ways is highly valued.

🎓 Education & Skills
Formal teaching certificates (TESOL, CELTA, JLPT, etc.) are not required, but are considered an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and patience are essential.

💻 Technical Requirements
Stable internet connection, a quiet teaching environment, and access to Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
Basic familiarity with online tools (Google Docs, presentation slides, etc.) is expected.

🌍 Which Languages Do We Teach?
At Lingomon, our goal is to create a global language-learning community.

English language Teachers: We are currently recruiting instructors to start teaching from January 2026. Teachers who would like to sell their courses on our site can start doing so, as soon as the course gets approved.

Japanese language Teachers: Recruitment will begin from January 2026. Teachers who would like to sell their courses on our site can submit the course for revision, however, the site is still under construction.

Other Languages: Instructors of other languages are very welcome to apply and submit courses and workshops proposals.
These courses will be added gradually, depending on learner demand and market trends.
